In the talk Alex covers various topics such as:

Customers are for Life – an insight into ways of building long term relationships with customers and selling to them again and again

Automated Systems for Profit – this is a look at how technology can help us make grater profits – automatically

If your group is particularly interested in one area a talk can be tailored for them otherwise time dictates how much can be covered and Alex will give an introduction to each subject.

Fees for an appearance vary but Alex is very keen to spread the word so if you offer to make a donation to his favourite charity (The R.N.L.I.) then he will be happy to come for just expenses and he is in the area at the time these will be negligible.

Alex will be in Spain talking to Women in Business and the International Chamber of Commerce in November and next year he is planning a trip to India to visit various business groups.
